30-day money-back guarantee

We want The New Flag Football Coach Playbook to make your season easier. If it doesn't, email us at hello@newflagfootballcoach.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and we will refund the full purchase price. You don't have to return anything or explain why.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Digital products

The bundle is a digital product (a downloadable PDF). Nothing physical is shipped. Your download link is shown right after checkout and sent to the email address you used at checkout.

Customers in the EU/EEA and UK: by completing your purchase you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that, once the download is made available, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee above, which still applies.

Problems with your download
