These Terms govern your use of newflagfootballcoach.com (the "Store") and your purchase of products from New Flag Football Coach, operated by Alex Massi, Via Papa Clemente XIV 88, 61048 Sant'Angelo in Vado (PU), Italy ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@newflagfootballcoach.com. By using the Store or buying from us you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital coaching materials for youth flag football, including The New Flag Football Coach Playbook (a downloadable PDF). Product descriptions on the Store describe what is included. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email.

3. Delivery

Your download link is available right after checkout and is sent to the email address you provide. Make sure that address is correct. If you don't receive it, see our Refund Policy for how to contact us.

4. Licence to use

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own coaching, including your team, your assistant coaches and your players' families. You may print the materials for that use.

You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, redistribute, or claim the materials as your own, in whole or in part. Leagues, clubs or organizations that want to provide the materials to multiple coaches should contact us for a group licence.

All content, diagrams and designs remain the intellectual property of Alex Massi.

5. Coaching content and safety

The materials are general coaching guidance for youth 5v5 flag football. Rules (for example QB runs, rush distance, no-run zones and laterals) vary between leagues: always follow your league's official rules. You are responsible for supervising players, choosing age-appropriate activities, and following your league's safety and medical policies. The materials are not medical, legal or professional safety advice.

6. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the materials. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
